I love to teach the architecture unit in my Interior Design 2 class! Having examples of famous buildings will be awesome as we learn about many of the architectural features in these buildings. Another fun aspect of these will be to give students something to do if they are fast finishers on a particular assignment. Having an area of my classroom set up so they can build will be a much better learning option for them than turning to their phones as high school students typically do. We also do projects with floor plans, contract documents, greek columns, buildings, etc. where students do tracing. Having a set of lightboxes they can use will be a game-changer when doing some assignments and they will love using these! I've never been able to afford them for my students.
