These items will be essential to the students here at SRMS. Anxiety is an every day experience, and sometimes we need help to deal with it. These will help us teach the students coping skills and give them a space to regulate and return the to the classroom ready to learn. Our students will be able to learn to regulate themselves and be their best selves. Those skills will also be with them throughout their life and give them ways to deal with the many worries and anxieties of life.

About my class
