My students love to create. I have had most of my students since kindergarten. I love to see their work and watch how they much they have grown. I love it when they bring me a picture they have drawn with pencil and say to me, "I drew this for you!" It melts my heart. I make sure they know I love it and hang it up on my wall for all to see how proud I am of them. I have not used clay in my art before. So teaching them techniques of molding clay by rolling, pinching and adding texture to create a dragons eye and then getting to paint them is going to be so great. They really like to draw dragons and being able to make a 3D eye is going to be so amazing. By donating you will help give opportunities for those that are not able to experience doing art out side the school, Also you will not only help to improve and increase students knowledge with arts, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievements. My students are so amazing and want to learn. I the to teach them.
