Social-emotional curriculum will support my students' emotional and mental well-being while braving the global pandemic and learning in the process. Flexible seating will allow them to take charge of their own learning and be comfortable in the environment they are learning in! With these new materials, I will be able to provide my students with productive breaks throughout the day to aid in their learning. When students are given tools to make their brain breaks more wholistic and productive, they will be better learners. Making students more engaged will, in turn, allow them to be more independent and productive in the classroom! These trauma-informed resources and books will be used to give my students mental and emotional support. With this flexible seating and these fun (yet educational) activities, my students can learn in an effective way!
