Using a smartwatch in class will allow me to teach my students how to track and reach, health and fitness goals. I will be able to demonstrate animated workouts, show health stats, use 20 plus fitness apps in a variety of sports and health assessments, track heart monitors, and create and customize workouts for my students. Having an iPad will allow me to track my students fitness testing on the go. My students and I will create custom workouts and fitness plans to use in class and outside of class specific to sports and everyday life. We will access lots of fitness apps, video analysis of specific fitness tests and sports, online learning best practices, blended learning, and create digital resources for my students.
