Calming Area

Thank you for my calming area. The students utilize it for calming and relaxing. When a student had a hard time at recess or they need a break they ask to go to the calming corner. Almost every student has used the area so there is no stigma attached needing a break. I have also been able to use the stools for my friends who are extra wiggly.

Thanks you for providing these opportunities for my class. The really like the modeling foam and the breathing board. The breathing board helps students calm down when they need it and modeling foam gives them something to squeeze which can help them calm down”
