The magnifying glasses will help us see things closely and encourage students to be excited about science. The mirrors will help students see how each sound is formed in the mouth, which will aide in blending and segmenting strategies; learning how to read and write. Flexible seating will give my students who have so much energy have a productive way to let some of it out while still learning in the classroom, as well as give the option to sit on the floor comfortably to students who would prefer that. Students need to see diversity in careers, and they learn best through play interactions. Having puppets that highlight diversity in the workplace will benefit students as they learn through play, growing their vocabulary and social skills.
