Even though many of my students are from different countries, they rarely have the opportunity to leave Texas due to the socioeconomic disadvantages of being a refugee. I would love to give them the opportunity to virtually explore many of the places we study throughout the year with this virtual headset. I would also love to give my refugee students the opportunity to play tour guide and take my U.S. born students on a virtual trip through their homelands. The more we all know and can relate to each other, the stronger our classroom we’ll be! Thanks for your help!

About my class
