To enhance higher-level learning in Science, it is imperative that students have a chance to participate in hands-on investigations. These snap circuit kits will enable my fourth graders to explore the world of energy and electricity. To engage all my students in their various mathematical abilities, obtaining math games will provide a fun and enjoyable way to go beyond a basic worksheet. All of the games will allow my students to practice their skills, challenge those who have shown proficiency, and also give struggling mathematicians a sense of confidence and success. To enrich the mind of students, have them open a book! Reading can educate, entertain, and allow a student to see their place in the world. Using the donated book sets will give my students a chance to read novels with their peers and discuss their insights. All of the non-fiction texts will be utilized during our Science units to gain more information about the world around them.
