These decodable readers will allow my students to practice the phonics skills learned in class. It will specifically target the skills they need and allow them to practice the sounds they are struggling with. My high readers will also focus on multisyllabice words that will also be in the readers. Along with the readers, the mirrors will be used to allow the students to see their mouth formation when producing the sounds, which is such an important part of learning phonics and learning aboutl letter sounds. Last, when teaching in small groups, the magnetic wands and chips will be used to manipulate sounds when making words and praticing blending words.
