We use technology every day in class. Chromebooks allow students to have access to a plethora of tools and resources to deepen learning and present their knowledge of a topic in a variety of ways. We use it as a tool in Literacy to help ELL students have access to grade-level text. We use it to assess student learning and measure how to meet the needs of our students. Because of Covid-19, students have vastly different needs in every content area. It is unfortunate that we do not have the technology to use the resources provided by the state, district, and school for student use. These Chromebooks will help bridge that gap.
