I am requesting materials to provide my students with practice in learning letters, building reading fluency, and basic math skills. The items included in this project are directly tied to the learning goals of my students. I have students from various learning levels and I would like to provide fun strategies to promote letter and word recognition, along with math skills. The more I can use sensory and other academic activities to build literacy and math, the more engaged my students will be as they become capable, confident readers and mathematicians.
