This classroom project was brought to life by Utah State Board of Education.

COVID-19 has limited our students and their academic and emotional wellbeing. By funding my project you are giving opportunities back to my students. With these resources, my students will not only have greater hands-on learning opportunities in science and the arts but greater opportunities to work in small groups and learn cooperation. My students cannot get enough science and art, but we're lacking resources. The music bundles will be used each week, even daily, giving my student a chance to experience a new form of the arts and will be used during specials. The science kits will be used to give my students more hands-on STEM exposure. The LEGO kit will be used to integrate science into our math and even language arts. The books will be used each day in our daily reading aloud and in reading groups. I have intentionally chosen books that will teach them social and emotional skills while enhancing their reading and vocabulary.
