My focus is to help students enjoy reading. I think a comfortable chair will encourage reading. Two class sets of books will allow a big change in our reading curriculum. Every English and reading teacher needs to shake it up and provide book about different people and cultures, and stories that show people overcoming challenges and finding success. These books are about real people who worked hard for what they wanted. These books can be read together as a class. We are also requesting a soothing lamp for color and sound for a peaceful environment to read.
