Better In Color
Funded Feb 17, 2023Once again, thank you so much for your generosity. Your donations have made all the difference in my classroom. Our brand new color printer has allowed me to make various awards, stations and projects for my students. My students have been able to see themselves become superheroes, live and in color all over our classroom door for a decorating contest. I have been able to make enticing math centers and colorful schedule accommodations.
This new printer has made learning especially accessible to my English language learners. Being able to see sentence stems in various colors. Or color coding transition word charts for opinion pieces have made a world of a difference.
Once again, thank you for your help in making my classroom a place to foster success for ALL students.”
With gratitude,
Ms. Ralph
This classroom project was brought to life by Black History Month Partners and 6 other donors. No Need to Hide from Summer Slide
Funded Aug 10, 2022Your generosity has made a world of difference in my classroom. My students have been extremely successful this year with all your donations.
Students are able to focus on their phonics skills without worrying about a dry marker or getting their hands dirty. They are able to exercise accountability by checking their own personal mailboxes everyday. However, the best of all will be seeing the joy on their face when they receive a brand new book for the holidays that they can enjoy over and over.
Once again, thank you so much for your help. Your help is something my students and I will never forget.”
With gratitude,
Ms. Ralph
This classroom project was brought to life by Bill Gates and one other donor.Reading Rainbow: Just Like Me!
Funded Mar 31, 2022Thank you so much for your donation! Now my students who are hungry for real world knowledge can finally be satisfied. You should have seen their faces filled with delight as they explored their newly acquired books and its content. Students eagerly share facts they learn about historic figures, space, animals, and all other interesting nonfiction topics.
Students love to sit in a cozy floor chair or bean bag to consume a new book. Children often read with partners to share their delight of literature. Especially readers who have surpassed the reading levels of their peers, we thank you for new books to read and enjoy, that we otherwise wouldn't have.”
With gratitude,
Ms. Ralph
