With the tools that I am requesting, I will be able to use laminating tools to create different sets of flashcards in French as well as fun games such as PIGE DANS LE LAC! (Go Fish, in French) but with different twists. The timer adds an element of pressure when playing a French game or working together as groups. The pressure helps the kids to prepare for real-world events when they will have deadlines, yet in a fun way. The glasses video camera will allow me to better evaluate my students. Being "hands-free" allows me to spell and help with punctuation without having to stop my camera cell phone, put it down, and then restart when I've finished helping. This, to me, is essential in helping the flow of teaching and learning. The French book will provide good vocabulary and different ideas in making my class fun.
