Students spend almost 5 hours a day sitting and learning. This isn't natural and is so hard to do! While I do have limited flexible seating options in my classroom, there is not enough for everyone. Some students inevitably get stuck with the "old hard chairs" that make their backs hurt. I would like to give every child in my classroom a chair that is comfortable, works for their body type, offers lumbar support, and brings cheer and happiness through its bright color. These are also easily able to be sanitized which helps keep all students healthy and happy. Finally, I would like to be able to add a wiggle band to each chair to help students who have a hard time focusing or sitting still.
