The Most Amazing Classroom Library
Funded Jul 25, 2023My students have been able to explore brand new books and have already started to show more love and interest for reading! I was able to introduce the new books to them and explain to them how we all like to read different kinds of books and then I let them choose two books to keep in their desks for 3 days that they can read and we will switch them out on Wednesdays. This made them excited to read right from the start! I hope this love for reading continues to grow!
They have also loved having the cart to be able to do the fast finishers when they're done with their independent work. I was able to introduce fast finishers the first week and it was nice having it organized in this cart.
This has been amazing to start off the year and get to know my class!”

Funded Jan 20, 2022This being my first year of teaching. Receiving these materials has greatly impacted my classroom! It has helped me build up my classroom materials and given me different ways to help my students learn and grow!
We have been able to use all the new math manipulatives and I have seen it help a lot of my student's progress in their math from where they were at the beginning of the year! They love being able to use different materials and learning in new ways. It gives all of my students the chance to see multiple methods of solving different problems.
We got new headphones and I have seen this help my students be able to focus more when they're doing their online learning. My students were all so excited to see new headphones, because the ones we had before were falling apart and some of them didn't even work, so to have new ones for them to learn made them all very excited!
I love seeing my students grow in their learning and get excited about having new materials to help them progress in the classroom!”
With gratitude,
Mrs. Ferrin
