I do not have the words to express my gratitude for your support for our project. Your support makes it possible for us to continue keeping our classroom as clean as possible. • Get the Ultimate Protection With Laminate

    Funded Jan 1, 2024

I am incredibly grateful for the laminating sheets donated to our classroom. The laminating sheets will increase the durability of print materials, allowing them to withstand frequent use. It will also add protection against fingerprints and smudges, stains and spills, tears and wrinkles, marks and abrasions, plus oil, grease, dirt, moisture, and other contaminants.

Also, the laminating sheets will improve the appearance by enhancing the ink colors of the printed piece. The laminating sheets create a more professional look and hold students' attention longer.

The lamination sheets will add strength and stiffness, providing an impression of higher quality and importance. Your donation of laminating sheets saves money on reprinting because lamination paper increases the longevity of print materials.”

  • Sand and Water Exploration

    Funded Dec 28, 2023

Thank you for donating the sand and water table to our classroom. Sand and water tables are learning tools that provide sensory and imaginative play. They also help students to explore and investigate the world of science. Our classroom enjoys exploring and studying in the sand through play, but the sand and water table are broken and cannot be used anymore. Therefore, I was excited to see how quickly this project was being funded. Once again, I am incredibly grateful for the sand and water table.”

  • Manipulatives Are Fantastic

    Funded Apr 3, 2023

My students were immensely grateful for the toys you contributed to our classroom.

We are using these toys to assist us in numeracy, literacy, and developing fine motor skills. The students look forward to using letter and math puzzles for small groups. They also enjoy working hard so they can earn the dinosaurs.

We use the alligator letters to develop fine motor skills and match upper and lower case letters.

Some students have mastered matching uppercase to lowercase letters and numbers and putting shapes in the correct place. They will move on to more advanced work, and we look forward to your continued support with materials to help us learn various concepts.”

    With gratitude,

  • Kindergarten Literacy and Numeracy Development

    Funded Sep 7, 2022

Thank you for contributing the numeracy and literacy manipulatives to my classroom. My students have benefitted tremendously from the Numeracy and Literacy Manipulatives. I work in a severe disability classroom with ten students. Each of these students learns differently. Therefore, the numeracy and math manipulatives helped reinforce each literacy and numeracy lesson. Students also use them during independent work time.

The students were very excited to have these manipulatives during math and phonics centers. They demonstrated this excitement during the morning circle. After the morning meeting, they eagerly go to their seats when their names are called and use these toys for independent work time.

I am currently trying to get more manipulatives for sensory, fine motor, numeracy, and literacy skills. I am trying to get the sensory toys because I can use them to help with challenging behaviors in the classroom. I also need to help students develop their fine motor skills and continue using different materials to improve their numeracy and literacy skills. My next project in the future will be cause-and-effect toys.

We are incredibly grateful for the manipulatives that you gave to our classroom.”

  • Colored Printer For Engaging Activities.

    Funded Sep 18, 2022

My students and I are tremendously grateful for the colored printer. Psychologists have found that colors enhance an individual's visual memory. From a series of experiments, researchers learned that subjects were more likely to recall the color version of an image than the same scene in black and white. (Scientific American) I endorse this statement because using colored pictures has enhanced my student's visual memory. The printer has also printed colored images, visuals, and assignments for my autism strand classroom. Additionally, my students are more excited about their colorful visuals and more engaged in class activities. So, once again, we are pleased with the gift you gave us.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Palmer
