  • Books/Seating For Low-Income Students

    So far, my students have loved the new seating! This has provided us an opportunity to make the most out of small group sessions. The transition has been seamless. Gone are the days of dragging chairs across the classroom just to have to drag them back 15 minutes later. They are wabble chairs, so this allows my more energetic kids a chance to fidget with something while also learning at the same time. In addition to the seating, the books have been a major hit. Students are loving the new variety of books in the classroom. There is a long waitlist for who gets to read these new books!

    My students have loved the books that you have donated for! I see them using these materials daily. One of my students was able to contact the author of the Trapped In A Video Game series and speak to him via email. This would not have been possible without all of your help. I will be sending out photos on this website to show you the impact that these books have on my new group of kids once they come into school. I am very excited to be able to see a whole new group of kids benefit from new books. Thank you all so much!!”
