With the growing ESOL population at my school it is very difficult for my ESOL students to translate when they are new comers. With the use of technology in the classroom my students can go excel further than they ever anticipated. I have students who have just moved from various countries. The ESOL students currently in my classroom have a hard time understand primary resources and annotating text. I have been looking for a way to help these students bridge the gap between their native language and the English text. With the purchase of an IPad my ESOL students can become successful English learners.
