Our friends are learning how to express their emotions and we are trying to find different ways to help them cope. This year has been more difficult than years past since it is some of our kiddos first time being away from their parents. Kids have big emotions at this age and have trouble expressing them. Using social emotional toys and toy people will help us act out problem solving skills and learn how to express feelings using our words. We also need a physical outlet for emotions as well, and have little to no gym equipment to do so. Any help to make sure my kiddos learn how to regulate emotions and feel safe will be greatly appreciated!
