Students will be studying an entire semester of climate change, beginning with environment, habitats and biomes. Students will measure pH, temperature, filtration and experiment with different substrates and aquarium media to determine optimal conditions all while learning responsibility and potential impacts of climate change. All students, whether visual, kinesthetic, spatial or auditory will have the opportunity to participate and tap into their special learning styles while learning valuable collaboration skills. This fish tank will teach cause and effect, how small changes can make a large difference and provide hands on scientific learning that can be applied to the real world!
