I am relatively new to teaching. I graduated in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Texas Woman's University. I went to San Juan College and earned my teaching certificate and have been teaching for 5 years now. I believe I finally found my calling.
Every one of my students adds something special and unique to our classroom. They each have their own strengths and weaknesses. It is my job to cultivate those strengths and help them to overcome those weaknesses. I want to provide the best possible environment for learning to take place. Every child deserves that.
