  • Supply Cabinet in Need!

    Funded Sep 1, 2022

Your selfless and generous support is acknowledged and greatly appreciated. I will be making supply packets for each of my now fifty-two students enabling them to complete take home assignments (homework) this year. This is all made possible because of you all. My students and I thank you. God Bless😇.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Weatherall

  • Creative Minds on the Loose!

    Funded Feb 17, 2022

My students and I want to extend a heart "filled" Thank you for your selfless generosity. You will probably never fully know how much funding our project meant, because there are no words.

I teach first grade. This year especially, coming back to brick and mortar after two years of this pandemic, we realized that most students really "lost" two years of learning. This meant that I really had Pre-K students who needed to grow three (3) years.

The Samsung Tablets were a "lifeline" to my students in our Technology Station! They reinforced crucial learning in a new/fun/creative way. The students could not wait to rotate to technology. Some of the programs customized the students levels and met them where they were and grew them at an individual pace.

It was the same excitement with the Place Value game station. My kids really grew and maintained vital TEKS as a result. Thank you, Thank you, for all you have done!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Weatherall

  • Enthusiastic, Energetic Explorers!

    Funded Jan 15, 2022

On behalf of me and my students I want to say Thank you for your selfless generosity. You will probably never fully know how much funding our project truly means, because there are no words!

I teach first grade. This year especially, coming back to traditional schooling after two years of this pandemic, we realized that most students really "lost" two year of learning. This meant that I really had Pre-K students who needed to grow three (3) years.

The color Laser printer was vital to this impressionable age group, by enabling my students to experience "realia" in and through the lessons. The biggest impact was made in their world of science. So, so much to explore! I am confident that my students have grown and made tremendous gains because of you.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Weatherall

The materials I am requesting are vital to math and science. I teach first grade and most of our lessons need to come Alive in Color to drive the point home and show reality! The printer will help make this happen. The hand magnets will enable my students an opportunity to explore "strength" concretely when comparing magnets. They will touch something other than a "bar" magnet and not just see pictures of others. The truth of the matter is, the materials are vital to my students and to their learning through exploration and seeing reality through color.
