  • Macbook Air For My Students To Soar

    Thank you so much for the donations! My students and I are really appreciative. My students use a program called edgenuity where they learn the content through videos, and it helps students who are visual/ auditory learners as well as those that need to be able to replay informarion to increase retention. My students have been able to work at their own pace using this computer, and are able to prepare for the regents. They love how fast the laptop is and the graphics as well. It's able to hold it's charge for a long time and students don't have to work on a laptop that is always dying on them.”

  • An Apple Today Will Benefit My Students Every Day

    Thank you so much for your donations that helped fund this project! The MacBook Air has allowed me to not only help my students with homework and projects, but has also helped me tutor them for the Living Environment NYS regents from the comfort of their home. A lot of my students would tell me they wish they could stay after school but had to get home right after either due to long commutes or other commitments. This MacBook has allowed me to provide all the help they need at an hour that works best for them.

    My students are so excited to see me from home, and be able to show them examples or diagrams that I drew to help them understand concepts. They found getting one on one or small group help great!”
