All of the materials that we are needing will help our students be able to get materials they may need to take home for their monthly Parent Involvement Projects. We will also be able to make art projects based off of our curriculum and our lesson plans for the week.
For our monthly parent involvement project, we send home a project for our students. These project are usually based off a holiday that is happening during to month or season. For example, our January project we are sending home a snowman to be decorated and named by the family. Usually these project can be made with what ever materials are at home. If materials are needed we have the students pick what they may need from our Art supplies so they are able to make their snowman.
For lessons that come out of our curriculum, we may put together a art project and need supplies to put together. In this weeks lesson we are talking about Living and Nonliving. As a class, together we will make a Venn Diagram comparing living and nonliving things. Our class will be able to share what scissors we may have and practice our cutting skills by cutting out pictures to put on our Venn Diagrams.
We would greatly appreciate what we may be able to receive for our class.
