This project will give new knives and meat processing equipment to our cooking groups. The upper level classes will learn new skills of sausage making with the new grinders and pasta makers. These are both hands on skills that are not tough as much these days but are still needed in the industry. The timers will help students keep track of their dishes as the are preparing them. The ability for our students to learn from these new tools will greatly help with practical skills that can be used in the culinary field.
