According to Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, Food is a necessity for human growth and development. Without food, humans cannot prosper and thrive. There are many times that students come to the office hungry due to not eating. Providing students a tangible item like food will not only benefit students' hunger but also provide the energy needed within the classroom setting. The times that we are living in have made it difficult for many people. Food is a requirement to live in our world. Providing these snacks to students will assist in student development ultimately improving the learning environment for students.
