My students are greatly motivated by rewards. I believe these snacks will help them remain motivated to always try their best on classroom assignments and remain attentive during lessons. Because 100% of my students are also economically disadvantaged this will help them get the nutrition they need. If students show progress on a topic, improve their behavior, or go out of their way to help another student or adult they will receive one of these rewards. I believe receiving a reward will foster kindness, respect, and persistence in the classroom.
