My project is to build a diverse classroom library that targets all student strengths and needs. With the books, students will read in groups and develop multimodal projects based on their learning. Along with this project, basic classroom supplies are needed so that students can listen and understand directions, take breaks, and celebrate who they are. Students learn in different ways and have unique needs, so it is so important to provide basic materials especially when they do not have access to these materials at home. Finally, this project will also allow students to enjoy building community along with building literacy skills.
