Help My Animal Rescue Club Build Feral Shelters!

On behalf of my students as well as myself, I would like to sincerely thank you for your generous donation towards our feral cat shelter supplies. This was a rough winter, and these shelters provided several colony cats with a place to escape the elements. We also had enough supplies to make extra shelters which will be given to rescues in anticipation of next year's needs.

The students in McKinley's Animal Rescue Club were very excited to see these materials when they arrived. While we followed a very basic design, some students did innovate and create "upgrades." One such upgrade was to add insulation to the shelters.

For next year we intend to use the leftover materials to experiment with new shelters designs. We are also hoping to expand our donations to local feral feeders as well as rescues.”
