  • A Book a Day to Help You Wonder

    My students are enjoying reading this book. This book goes into dealing with bullies and being kind to one another. We have talked about the importance of kindness and about friendship. We read together as a class and also do partner reading. Some of my students really connected with the character August. They got so invested in the book that they were upset when Julian was being a bully and saying hurtful things to August. They liked the rest of the characters in the book as well like Jack and Summer. I'm glad I got to read this book with my class and discuss very important topics.”
