I am a first-year teacher that will begin teaching as soon as we return from Christmas break. These students are experiencing a mid-year teacher change. They will be affected by classroom management changes as well as teaching style changes. My number one goal is to ensure all students have an equal chance of success in my classroom. Student learning will be enriched by having the basic classroom supplies needed to complete assignments, stay focused, and participate in everyday activities. These materials will develop organizational skills for my students that establish a daily routine promoting confidence and responsibility in their education. This project will create a clean, organized, and safe environment that supports stress-free learning.
