    Thank you for your generous donation! The supplies that I was able to receive as a result of your contributions have made such a positive impact on the work that I do every day with my students.

    The bubble machine has been a big hit with my kiddos! During our outdoor mental health activities, we play music, turn on the bubble machine, and watch as groups of students rush over to dance and enjoy the fun together.

    I've also been able to create an awesome calm down corner in my office filled with the games and books that you provided. It's a great space where my students can take a few moments to re-regulate and prepare themselves to return to class.

The materials and supplies that I'm requesting will help create a comfortable, safe, and welcoming space where I can help my students talk about the difficulties they are experiencing and learn how to advocate for their mental health needs. Many of these students look forward to visiting my office as it's not only a space where they can safely discuss their feelings and thoughts, but it's also a space where they can briefly escape from the stressors of their day to day lives by playing a fun game, working on a relaxing art project, or reading a book.

About my class
