My project will focus on using reading, designing, and learning other positive coping skills in order to grow emotionally and socially. My plan is help students develop necessary SEL skills to move from high school to adulthood. Emotional success leads to self-determination and emotionally stable adults. Trauma can effect every dimension of a person’s life. These projects will inspire students to think outside of the box and learn how to use positive coping skills through different media to do their best no matter what their circumstances are or have ever been.
