These materials will make a difference in my students' learning because it will help connect my students to their bodies in a way that makes them think when they move. The resistance from the body soxs allow the students to move their bodies at a slower rate and helps students release energy in a more creative way. The students will feel more confident in their moving and inspired to create different shapes on different levels that move with different pathways. The students are super excited to work with these materials!
