    I can’t begin to thank you enough for your generous support for our project. We try to offer as many opportunities to our students as we can, and your support makes it possible. The supplies that you are providing for my student-athletes will allow us to teach/reinforce great habits of hard work, teamwork, and sportsmanship. We aim to build their confidence through small daily achievements and these materials will help with that. I believe in our school, program and our ability to positively impact the students' lives.     This classroom project was brought to life by Emerson Collective and 2 other donors.
We use basketballs daily to help develop the confidence and competitive spirit of our student-athletes. They will also work on team togetherness, mental toughness, perseverance, and overcoming adversity. The lessons they learn in practice and on the court will carry over into their improved academic progress. While working together for a common goal they will work to improve as young men, teammates, and representatives of our school. The basketballs will provide a way to increase the amount of repetitions in drills and lessen the number of players standing and waiting to participate in practices.

About my class
