Students were unable to be in classrooms full time last school year. Students are not familiar with working together. With the use of games and outdoor activities, I am hopeful they will learn to work together as they had in past years. Several books were chosen for many levels and interests. Students will choose books that they are interested in and this will encourage excitement in reading. When students are strong readers, they go on to higher education. Math manipulatives are important for students to visualize concepts and create a deeper understanding.
