Our students struggle with behavior choices this year. Many of them have never been "referred for discipline". They are extremely nervous when they come to my office and often think they are in trouble when they're not. I want my students to feel relaxed and comfortable when they talk. I would like to give them sensible rewards for good behavior....items that will help them express and process. Students should feel comfortable discussing all of their choices, good and bad without feeling a sense of doom and/or consequence. These items will make them feel more relaxed and comfortable in a stressful situation.
