The materials, equipment, and gear will allow my instruction more flexibility in demonstrating and exposing my students to a wider variety of Fitness education. Thus far, our limited resources and equipment have helped my teaching be more creative to meet my students' physical and psychological needs. At times my students are required to miss class time due to a lack of masks available. I thought having masks on hand for students would keep more students in my class. This equipment will allow my students necessary exposure in training for them to achieve Level 1 CrossFit Instructors. If my students choose to pursue this field as a temporary means or a career, it will give them a viable option of employment immediately after graduation. For all students in my classes, the masks and equipment allow more students to participate simultaneously, decreasing waiting times and improving student engagement and activity during our limited time. Psychologically data has shown that students who engage in vigorous to rigorous activity for 30-40 minutes have an academic improvement in other classes. It is imperative to increase test scores and academic performance so that more students can engage in fitness activities.
