These popular sensory and motor toys are proven to help students practice mindfulness and relieve stress. The aim of this project is to talk openly about stress in our students' lives and show them ways they can combat it. It will give students an opportunity to talk about their own feelings. It will also bring a little joy and fun into their classroom and day. Students will create their own mindfulness activities with the help of these materials and will be asked to share their experiences and ideas with their classmates.
