  • Creating a Neat Learning Place!

    Funded Nov 18, 2024

I am incredibly grateful for your generous support in providing our classroom with cubbies and hooks. These resources have had an immediate and positive impact on our learning environment. The cubbies have allowed us to keep our technology organized and accessible, ensuring that students can easily use the headphones for online activities and lessons. The hooks have made a huge difference in keeping the classroom tidy and allowing students to hang up their backpacks, which has created more space for learning and movement during lessons.

When the students first saw the new materials, they were excited and eager to use them. They immediately appreciated having a designated space for their headphones and a clutter-free classroom where they could focus better. These resources have allowed me to implement smoother transitions during lessons and maintain a more organized and productive classroom.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Olea

  • Small Group Literacy Adventures!

    Funded Nov 18, 2024

Thank you so much for your generous support. With your donation, we were able to purchase an easel, notebooks for small groups, markers, sentence strips, and book bags. These resources have transformed our classroom! The notebooks and sentence strips have made our reading and writing lessons more interactive, allowing students to collaborate and organize their thoughts more effectively. The book bags have helped personalize reading time, allowing students to progress at their own pace.

The students were thrilled when they first saw the materials. They immediately engaged with the new supplies, especially the easel and small group notebooks, which have made lessons more dynamic. These resources have allowed me to create a more engaging and hands-on learning environment, increasing student participation and enthusiasm.”

  • Let's Make Reading Fun!

    Funded Dec 20, 2022

I am writing this letter to express my heartfelt gratitude for your generous donation of student books to my classroom. When the books arrived, my students could not wait to get their hands on them and read them. Their faces were filled with joy. This act of kindness and generosity has had a significant impact on my students. They have enjoyed them so much that they come into the classroom during their recess to continue reading these books.

Your donation has provided my students with the resources they need to excel academically and achieve their full potential. It has also helped to promote a love of learning and reading, which is invaluable for their personal and intellectual growth.

I would like to assure you that the books will be put to good use and will benefit many generations of students to come. Your support is truly appreciated, and I cannot thank you enough for your contribution.

Once again, thank you for your generosity and for making a positive difference in the lives of our students.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Olea

  • Action & Adaptability Create Opportunity!

    Funded Apr 8, 2022

When the materials arrived I was so excited to show my students the new opportunities they would have in the classroom. As a class, we discussed where to put the new materials and how to utilize them appropriately throughout the day. The following day, students were excited to see the bean bags, cushions, rug, and books by the classroom library area. Also, they were excited to all have fridge bands on their chairs. Many of my students said that the fidget bands helped them stay focused throughout the day because their feet were moving constantly due to the fidget bands.

My students utilize the materials throughout the day. During independent reading time, they are able to sit on the bean bags, rug, and cushions to help them read more comfortably. Also, as they're working, they utilize the lap desks to work on the floor. Before receiving these materials, students only had their chairs and floors to work. The new seating materials provide them with the opportunity to learn comfortably.

My students collaborate often during science and mathematics. These seating materials will provide my students with more access to collaboration. They will be able to sit in different areas of our classroom, and create their projects together.

I cannot thank you enough for your kindness and generosity. You are making a difference in my life and my students' lives as well. I am so thankful for the opportunities you have created for my students that will allow them to collaborate and learn.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Olea
