These materials will help create a more inviting atmosphere in our class. We need more storage for our resources as many books and boxes of the curriculum are still stacked in a corner of the room. I also would like a few pieces of furniture to make the room cozier such as a traditional table for small groups with me rather than the horseshoe table. A comfy accent chair and a new reading carpet would be great for our special moments of diving into read alouds together. 5 tablets will be used for centers to create an "Endless Library" through sites like Epic Reading. A Cricut machine, tools and vinyl will help us customize our room, create fun bulletins and anchor charts, and label items like headphones, nametags, and desks.
