These materials will help students gain access to a proficient weight room. Not only will access to these weights help students lift weights, but it will help us build a community and culture around lifting and physical health. Students will use these weights to challenge themselves and create a culture of positive physical health. We believe that these weights can help make a positive impact on student mental health. Our crossfit program is relatively new and fundraising for gear can be a challenge. In order to do full class workouts with correct weights as prescribed by crossfit, we need more equipment.
