Wearable Trash

The dress forms and extra materials allowed my Fashion Design students to visualize and construct designs out of trash and recycled items. Their Fashions were displayed on the Mannequins for our annual Student Exhibit. The students really enjoyed the project. I plan to repeat this lesson again for next semester.

The students are using the dress forms again for their current Upcycle project where they use out of date fashions and turn them into unique wearable designs.
