My wonderful math students are beginning to intermediate English language learners who also have some gaps in their math skills. In order to help students practice skills that they may have missed in past years while also trying to make the grade level curriculum accessible, I want to implement math stations in my class. With 3 math preparations, 6th, 7th and 8th grade, I am always reaching out for ways to make preparations simpler. These math stations resources that other teachers have created and offer at the "Teachers Pay Teachers" site will achieve 3 goals. First and most importantly, these math station resources will hopefully get my students more engaged in the learning with learning chunked into mini direct instruction lessons and independent stations to reinforce learning. Second, these resources will help me to create a structured learning environment without having to reinvent the wheel. Third, these materials are made by other teachers, and any way to financially reward these creative teachers would be great. Your help will be greatly appreciated!!! Thank you!
