The resources that I am asking for will be used for all 21 of my students. These resources will help promote Nevada Academic Content Standards and fulfill COVID-related learning needs in my class. My students use iReady, Smarty-ants, and Freckle in class. The headphones will help students progress along their educational journey. My students love to use their Chrome books. The headphones will be used to address the needs of my students resulting from the impacts of COVID-19, as they will be allowed to take them home. We are also asking for resources to make class more engaging and creative. I have a treasure box in my classroom for incentive purposes. The students earn DOJO points and are able to redeem rewards out of the treasure box. Many of the materials I am asking for will be placed inside the treasure chest. Nearly all of my students come from low-income households and some are not given small tokens of appreciation at home. I would love to be able to reward my students more often. By supporting us, you will help increase my students' academic growth and love for learning.
