Kindergarten students are very easily distracted. These headphones will allow them to concentrate on their own learning as they work on their learning apps. We use a variety of learning games and programs to supplement our literacy and math instruction such as Lexia, ST Math and Imagine Learning. These programs help my struggling students and English Language Learners better understand the concepts taught in our whole class lessons. Most of our headphones left behind from a previous teacher are now broken or are starting to short out.
I am finding that those students who don't have working headphones get very distracted and struggle to focus on their learning. These quality headphones will hopefully be used by many students for many years to come.
