Swimming is a tedious sport. Students follow a black line at the bottom of a pool for hours. We normally start off the practices with cross training we call dryland. In this time period of an hour, I try to make fun lessons to help develop muscles, social abilities and a passion to keep coming back to practice. Sometimes we go on runs or we play soccer, I make up a yoga lesson and so on. When we play dodgeball we use really old waterpolo balls that are an accident waiting to happen, these softer Rhino Skin balls will be a real game changer in safety and fun.
